MTO Designated Sources for Materials (DSM)

Welcome to the new web page for the MTO DSM.  The DSM is the ministry’s official list of pre-qualified products and vendors that are approved for use on MTO highway construction and maintenance contracts. Membership with The Road Authority (TRA) is no longer required for registration on the MTO DSM, however TRA is a valuable source of information for infrastructure products and services, and registration with TRA is still required for some municipal prequalification lists. 

DSM Enquiries

Technical enquiries and vendor requests for changes to company profiles or products, must be submitted directly to the DSM custodians via email.  See “DSM Lists” tab below for contact information.  Other general enquiries can be submitted to MTO-DSM@ontario.ca.
